Shipping
Every item is made to order. Production begins when you place your order and typically takes 2–5 business days. Shipping time is added on top of that.
Estimated delivery after production:
United States: 3–5 business days
Canada: 6–10 business days
Everywhere else: 10–20 business days
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you order multiple items, they may ship separately from different facilities, at no extra shipping cost to you.
International orders
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes determined by your country. These charges aren't included in the order total and are the buyer's responsibility. Delivery times can also vary depending on customs processing.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in a while or your package seems lost, email me at friends@hellocdr.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and I'll make it right. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. I can't cover reshipment costs for packages sent to an incorrectly entered address.
Returns
Because every item is printed on demand just for you, I don't accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing, so please check the size guide on each product page before ordering.
Damaged, defective, or misprinted items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, I'll replace it or refund you.There is usuallyno need to send anything back. Email friends@hellocdr.com within 30 days of receiving your order with:

A photo of the issue
I'll sort it out quickly, usually with a free replacement.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
